Over time leaf springs will flatten making them a bit longer than their than their original length. To determine which 6-leaf double eye spring you need, we will need to know the weight capacity of the axles on your trailer.

Thank you for providing that information. In addition to the length you will also want to know the capacity of your axle so you can choose the correct leaf spring replacement. Assuming this is an older leaf spring, you will also need to account for it sagging over time which will elongate the spring.

From what I can find online, it looks like the 2-Leaf Slipper Spring w/ Radius End for 1,000-lb Trailer Axles - 24-5/8" Long, # SP-177275 is the best upgrade option for your malone Microsport trailer. This spring is 24-5/8 inches from the center of the eye to the end of the spring. It is 1-3/4 inches wide and has an axle capacity of 1000 lbs. I've attached a video review for you.

When measuring leaf springs you need to take the load off of the trailer so that the spring is not flexed at all to get an accurate measurement. Since typically old springs will stretch a bit you'll take that measurement and look for a replacement that's around 1/8 of an inch shorter with the correct axle capacity.

I'd be happy to help you find new leaf springs for your 2020 Tracker Targa V18 Tandem Axle Trailer, but there's no database that says what length leaf springs you have or what capacity they need to be.
The first thing you'll need to do is jack the trailer off the ground and allow the axle to hang so no weight is on it or the wheels/tires. Once that's done you'll need to measure the leaf springs from center to center of the spring eyes as shown in the included diagram.

I am sorry but we do not carry a 31-1/4" long double eye leaf spring. The closest we have is # UG34FR which is a 30" long 6-leaf spring for a 5,000 lb axle. Leaf springs can flex up to 1" when under a load, and your springs do look a bit on the worn side. So it is possible your springs were flexed slightly when you measured. The # UG34FR may come close to fitting, but it would not be a direct replacement by any means. Unfortunately this is the longest double eye leaf spring that we carry. view full answer...
We have a few 6k leaf springs that could work for you but we need to know the length of the springs that you need. For a 25-1/4 inch spring we have the part # e34SR. For a 26 inch long spring we have the part # e94SR.

We do not have a spring that fits that specifically. In our 3 leaf springs we have two that are closed eye on one end and reverse curve on the other. The # SP-039275 measures 30" center to end of spring and the # SP-178275 measures 22-3/4" center to center.

While we do not have a double eye leaf spring that is 23-1/4" long we do have the 23-1/8" 3-Leaf Double-Eye Spring # e59SR. As leaf springs get older and sag the length of the eye to eye when relaxed will get longer since the spring will not always return to the original length. Sometimes it is possible to install leaf springs that have more leaves but depending on what you already have installed you may only be able to add taller hangers like the 3-1/4" tall # 28-5.

It sounds like you are needing the Nylon Bushing # TRBU11561 for your EZ Loader trailer leaf springs. These bushings have an outside diameter of 1.024" and a inner diameter of 9/16". The bushing is 1-3/4" wide. As long as the inner diameter matches your bolts being used and the springs are 1-3/4" wide this is the correct bushing for you. view full answer...
To pick out the correct length leaf spring requires you to measure the length of the spring from eye center to eye center without any weight on the trailer. Since you most likely have slipper springs since your axles are 10,000 lb you'd need to measure from eye center to the bend on the opposite end where the spring would fit in the hanger. Keep in mind that old springs will stretch a bit over time.

With trailer leaf spring replacement you want to go with at least the same weight capacity as the axle with going a little bit over being acceptable. Next you'll want to match the length as best as possible while keeping in mind that leaf springs tend to stretch a bit over time as they wear out.

We unfortunately do not have an exact replacement, but I do have a solution for you. You will need to move the spring hangers further apart and replace all of your leaf springs with 6-Leaf Double-Eye Spring for 4,500-lb Trailer Axles - 26" Long # e27SR. The hangers will need to be welded in place, so you may want to find a local shop if you are not handy with this.

Based on the information I could for a 10 bale Atchison Welding trailer I only see that it uses 7,000lb axles with slipper springs. The 5-Leaf Slipper Spring w/ Hook End # e74SR is currently the closest spring we have but it no near long enough at 26-5/8" when not compressed. At most it would span 28-1/6" when completely flat. The 4-Leaf Double-Eye Spring # e44SR is our closest leaf spring to the Dexter 072-078-00 which we do not carry. Each of these springs is the same 25-1/4" from eye to eye but are rated for 2,500lbs per spring versus the 2,200lbs you are needing. view full answer...
